Annie Wins Re-Election

n November 8, 2005, Annie was re-elected to the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board by 22,955 of her supporters. She, along with Mary Merrill Anderson and Tom Nordyke, have been chosen as At-Large Commissioners, and Annie looks forward to working with this new and revitalized Park Board, welcoming new District Park Commissioners Tracy Nordstrom and Scott Vreeland. She wants to thank the voters for their confidence in her work, her campaign workers for their invaluable and unflagging efforts, and her supporters and contributors for, well, their support and contributions, which were essential to winning this campaign.

She further wishes to thank departing Commissioners Vivian Mason, Marie Hauser, Rochelle Berry Graves and John Erwin for the fine service and hard work they have devoted to our Park System.
